How long does it take for a transaction to be complete?
In most cases, CEDA transactions are completed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. This means that funds have been sent out, and are ready for collection, to be credited into the recipient's bank account or mobile wallet. The time it takes to receive funds will vary based on the country, the pay-in method, payout method you choose, and other factors.
Will I get debited for failed transactions?
No. You will not get debited for failed transactions. However, if you are debited for a failed transaction, your money will be refunded fully within 24 - 48 hours.
How do I contact Ceda for support?
Our live chat is always open, 24/7, to quickly resolve your queries. We respond to your requests within 15 mins - 5 hours maximum. If your queries are not resolved in five (5) hours, we will call you directly to get more information and address the problem. Rest assured, we will always be here to answer any questions you have.
Can I cancel transactions?
